All members are required to:

- Operate Within Scope of Practice Work only within areas of qualification and certification
- Maintain Professional Integrity Avoid misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or certification

- Cooperate with Governance and Disciplinary Processes Respond to inquiries and comply with IMEXA procedures

IMEXA is an independent international professional body that establishes and maintains standards in behavioural and expression analysis across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions.
Membership, certification, or accreditation with IMEXA does not require individuals, practitioners, or training providers to:
- Transfer, assign, or relinquish ownership of their intellectual property
- Register their methodologies, frameworks, or materials with any governmental or regulatory authority
- Comply with external regulatory requirements beyond those voluntarily applicable within their own jurisdiction
All intellectual property, including training materials, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary content, remains the sole property of the respective individual or organisation.
Membership Accountability
Failure to meet membership obligations may result in:

Recognition by IMEXA
Recognition by IMEXA is based solely on:
